World record for the most people doing push-ups at the same time

The push-up is a test of upper body strength, and is commonly used in extreme tests of endurance. There are records for the most number of push-ups people can do in a set time. However, there are also push-up records for the most number of people to perform a push-up at one time.

Most people doing push-ups - Guinness Book of Records

On October 4, 2025, cadets, officers, and fans set a new Guinness World Record for the most people doing pushups simultaneously for one minute, with 3,068 participants. The record was set at a football game between the US Navy and Air Force in Annapolis, Maryland.

The event broke the previous record of 2,926 pushups, which was held by the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, since April 20, 2023.
