Below is a simple push-up metronome that can be used to set a pace for your push-up workout. The default rate for the metronome below is 20 per minute (a push up every three seconds). However, you can change the rate to any number you want, and turn the sound on or off.

How to Use the Metronome
Adjust the 'rate per minute' to get the desired pace. The default rate is 20 per minute (which is one complete push-up every 3 seconds). Enter the required rate, then press the 'start' button to begin. You can turn the sound off, the image will still indicate the set pace.
Please check
On some devices, the timing of this metronome may not be accurate. At high rates some computers and mobile devices may not keep in perfect time due to other computer resources slowing the computer processing down.
Please check the metronome on each device to be used against a stopwatch before using it.
If you are having trouble with the timing displaying properly, try closing down other apps and windows.
